Is this an instant booking?

No. The form sends a request to our team, who check availability and reply with pricing. Your room is not reserved until we have confirmed with you.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Breakfast is included with your stay, as listed on our website.

Do you offer camping?

Yes. Our camping tent sleeps two guests in 4 sqm, listed from US$50. Open the camping page to send your dates.

Can you arrange gorilla or golden monkey trekking?

We can help plan tour packages to Volcanoes National Park, including gorilla and golden monkey trekking and visits to the Dian Fossey Campus. Availability and permits are confirmed by our team.

How do I get to the resort?

We are in Musanze, close to the Musanze Caves and the Virunga volcanoes. Message us on WhatsApp with where you are travelling from and we will send directions and a location pin.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our team confirms the accepted payment methods when we reply. Ask us if you have a preferred method.
